Reversible  contactless starters ()

The starters are designed for contactless reversal control of control and shut-off actuators in pipe-line valves.

-3 for actuators with three-phase electric motors;
-2 for actuators with single-phase electric motors.

Starters can perform the following functions:

  • reversal control by OPEN, CLOSE commands, given on starters discrete inputs;
  • position or velocity analog signal control;
  • controlling system or computer control commands execution, transmitted through one or two interfaces RS-485 (MODBUS protocol);
  • emergency control function performing - by discrete and network command to perform a preset action (close, open, stop);
  • extreme positions stop on terminal and torque switches signals;
  • pressure completion at opening or at closing according to the torque;
  • electric actuator control blocking at the presence of INHIBIT signal at the input;
  • electric motor braking by the reverse switching method;
  • output of analog signal for the electric actuator position
  • execution of setting, control, status control commands from the external tuning board or computer, plugged in through RS-232 or RS-485 interface;
  • READY signal forming;
  • electric motor shutoff protection, FAULT signal forming, fault indication;
  • electric motor thermal protection.

The starters have two electric power suppliers G1 and G2 24 , 30 , designed for:

  • G1 for discrete input and output circuits activation of a starter;
  • G2 for actuators position sensor power supply

Supplies can be used for the other purposes. There are modifications of starters with electric power supplies, connected with input circuits, and with isolated from output circuits electric power supplies.

Thyristor three-position amplifiers
Three-position amplifiers are designed for contactless control of electric actuators, three-phase motors are used in their actuators.

-0610, -0611 amplifiers provide start, reverse, brake function of the input signal pulling-off and induction motor protection against overloads, carry out loss of power supply voltage alarm or mismatch of the input and output signals alarm, protection settings and adjusted retardation time settings.

-0620, -0621 amplifiers provide start, reverse of a synchronous motor against overloads. There is no protection.

-0650 amplifiers provide start, reverse, brake function and induction motor protection against overloads.They are designed for Atomic Power Station exploitation.

* Units -32, -42 have modified versions, in which bundle with terminal plants is replaced by a standard D-SUB-type 25pin terminal, installed in the units case.

Remote position indicator -

-̠is designed for remote position indicating of the output shaft electric motor actuation mechanism, which has a resistance or an inductive transducer.

Indicator unit -12

It is designed for visual control of 0-5 m current signal and error signal at the regulating units input.

Functional devices

Functional devices are designed for the application in the automatic engineering process control systems. The appliances are designed for panel recessed mounting and to be installed on the control board.

Control devices

The device is designed for the proportional, proportional-integral dynamic properties forming, and with an outer differentiating element for the proportional-integral-differential automatic regulators laws of control, containing electric actuation mechanisms of the constant speed.
